The below tutorial will guide you how to map the aux-tester channles in our Neware software.

If you are facing the issue that pop-window shows "Invalid records in this NDA file" and you cannot open the testing data.

Please follow below tutorial, you will solve it.

Maybe you get the new neware battery tester which Unit ID has same with older one.

So you have to modify the new neware battery tester Unit ID to different number, here is step-by-step tutorial teach you how to change the neware tester Unit ID (BTS 4000 series)

Here the "How to start the BTS Server" tutorial

Here are the "Easy connection way with Neware BTS 4000 Series Battery Testing System" Steps.

1, Connecting

Before you get started, first of all, you are supposed to connect BTS9000 with your host computer, right? Let’s do it. The main window of the BTS9000 client software looks like the following picture, and there are some notes marked on the picture for your reference.

DCIR is a key parameter to the battery performance. To calculate DCIR, there should be 2 voltage values and 2 current values. DCIR or d.c. resistance is another key parameter to know a battery's quality ( self-discharge, power characteristic, state of health). DCIR test is usually brought out in short time. So tester's capability is critical to the testing result.

If you need to perform DCIR test with your batteries, Neware BTS4000 and BTS9000 are recommended for you.

After you open a NDA file with BTSDA, then you can export the file to the format you want such as excel, pdf, txt. And you can generate and customize the report.

Right click in the data area or use the Office Excel icon on tool bar, this will pop up the Data Export dialogue.

For NiMH battery, there will be a voltage drop when battery gets fully charged.  This drop rates you can specify as a cut-off condition for the charge step. -△V is enabled only for CC charge step.

Determining battery lifetimes is beset with difficulties. Performance data are not generally available and costly to generate since large numbers of batteries must be tested to destruction. Furthermore, the required test period to verify the predictions is often greater than commercial decision lead time. Charge – discharge times for high capacity batteries are very long and using accelerated life testing to determine battery lifetime is most likely to lead to misleading results since battery life depends on temperature, rate and depth of discharge and the test conditions used to accelerate the occurrence of failures are quite likely to introduce new and unrepresentative failure modes.
